culturally representative piece of real estate in Kenya. A symbol of unity in diversity;
A bold statement to the rest of the world of whence we come from, who we are and
where we are going. An investment that will continue to celebrates our cultural
heritage for generations to come. The building will stand on a land, 100 acres plus
with a replica of the map of Kenya drawn to scale. It will be a clear reminder of our
motherland. Bomas of Kenya USA will be a central meeting place where our children
and grand children will visit play and stay, where they will hear stories and sounds;
see, feel and touching images from their motherland that will reinforce their identity.

A famous Swahili proverb says it well, "Mkosa mila ni mtumwa" (An individual devoid
of his cultural heritage is a slave". When our own children cannot dare proudly stand
in a crowd and tell their peers that I have roots in Kenya, then we the parents or
grandparents parents will have failed. Someday we will regret that whereas we
helped our children gain materially, we did so at the expense of their cultural
identity. What a tragedy!

companies, Tax lien and Foreclosure. This will ensure that the money grows as it
comes in. That will help raise the targeted estimates soon enough and land can be
secured within the first one year. It will also ensure that members are able to make
profit as we go along.

- A conference hall with complete modern facilities
- A tourist class hotel with all ultra modern residential facilities
- A museum equipped to advertise everything Kenya
- A gift shop stoked with carvings, curios and artwork from every corner of Kenya
- Travel and investment information/advisory office concerning Kenya
- A South western house in Kisumu representing all the cultures in the quadrant,
North Western house in Wajir, North Eastern house in Kitui and coastal house
in Mombasa each representing cultures in the respective quadrants. Each of the
houses will provide a limited accommodation for a few families who may wish to enjoy the
feel of their culture. - Man made lakes to mark Indian ocean and lake Victoria large enough to allow for light
boating recreational activities. - Dirt from the lakes pilled up to mark the area of Mount Kenya (with a Kenya's flag
always flying on top) - A railway line to run from Mombasa to Kisumu via Nairobi and a miniature train(carrying
real passengers) to run between the two water masses (all the small towns along the line
marked by milestone or shades with all information about the towns inscribed on the
stone) - A dual carriage highway to connect the houses along the main current road network
and Go-carts(miniature motorized cars) to represent the traffic running on the network

Kenya and words "Kenya Safari tours" will run between the nearest airport via Grey
Hound bus station welcoming visitors to Bomas of Kenya USA. It will give free rides to
and from the center for all our visitors, doing the runs every two hours.
